1. How should I store Chyawanprash?

  • Our Chyawanprash is preservative-free and made with jaggery, so it must be stored in the rear (back) side of your refrigerator for adequate cooling.
  • Once received, check the taste, aroma, and condition of the product. If there’s any damage due to courier mishandling or weather fluctuations (which are beyond our control), please contact us immediately.
  • After checking, refrigerate the product promptly. Once refrigerated, it has a minimum shelf life of 6 months.

2. Can I consume Chyawanprash if I have a cold, rhinitis, or sinusitis?

  • If you’re concerned about catching a cold or have conditions like rhinitis or sinusitis, simply remove the recommended dosage 10-20 minutes before consumption to bring it to room temperature. This will resolve the issue.

3. Is Chyawanprash safe for children?

  • Yes, our Chyawanprash is safe for children aged 8 months and above.
  • For children under 1 year, start with ¼ teaspoon and monitor for 3 days to check for any allergies.
  • For kids above 1 year, the recommended dosage is 1-2 teaspoons per day (start gradually).

4. Can diabetics consume Chyawanprash?

  • If you have diabetes, ensure your condition is under control before consuming our product. The recommended dosage is ½ teaspoon per day.

5. How can I consume Chyawanprash?

  • You can eat it plain, with meals, or mix it with milk.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey (note: honey is not safe for children under 1 year).

6. What is the recommended dosage?

  • Adults: 2-3 teaspoons per day.
  • Children above 1 year: 1-2 teaspoons per day (start gradually).

7. When is the best time to consume Chyawanprash?

  • It is recommended daily during winters, thrice a week on rest days, and occasionally during summers.

8. Is Chyawanprash safe during pregnancy or for those with medical conditions?

  • If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, consult your doctor before consumption.
  • Our recommendation is to consume it only in the 9th month of pregnancy and post-birth during lactation.
  • The product is sodium-free, making it safe for hypertensive patients.
