The A2 Gir cow milk is boiled, cooled, and fermented into yogurt overnight. This yogurt is churned using the traditional Vedic Bilona method, separating butter (makkhan), which is then heated to produce pure desi cow ghee. This bi-directional churning process enhances the medicinal properties of the ghee, retaining its natural goodness and potential health benefits.
